Novice Installation
This exe file will install the .scr file in the c, windows, system32 directory and make a program group in the program files folder as well as create an un-install.

Advanced Installation
This is the scr file.  Just download it and copy it to the c windows system32 directory.
To un-install it,  just delete it from the c windows system32. **MAKE SURE YOU DELETE THE CORRECT FILE OR YOU MAY DAMAGE YOUR COMPUTER**
